Yes. We can laser or print your logo on tools, cases and packing, and produce new items from your drawing. Typical OEM MOQ is 300-500 pieces per item.
Yes. Samples are charged at unit price plus freight and the sample cost is refunded against your first bulk order above the agreed value.
Stock items: 3-5 working days. Customised orders: 15-25 days. Complex instruments such as waterproof testers: 10-20 days.
For small and urgent orders use express couriers. For 100-500 kg air freight is usually the best balance of cost and speed. For large volumes sea freight or rail is the most economical.
12 months against manufacturing defects. Defective items are replaced free of charge in your next shipment.
